Staff of Color Employee Resource Group: $5 Friday Lunch

All staff of color at John Carroll are invited to attend a Staff of Color Employee Resource Group Lunch on Friday, October 19, from noon-1 p.m. in the Schott Dining Hall on campus for conversation and community building.

Please bring a lunch or $5 to purchase one at the Dining Hall. We will meet in the Underground, right outside the dining hall, at noon.

Staff of Color ERG Mission:

The Staff of Color Employee Resource Group’s mission is to ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community for racially diverse staff at John Carroll University.

Staff of Color ERG Vision:

The Staff of Color Employee Resource Group envisions a university community that is inclusive and supportive of all people. To achieve this vision, the Staff of Color Employee Resource Group will gather and support people from minoritized racial identities. The Staff of Color Employee Resource Group will organically evolve to meet the needs of women and men of color in this community. This Employee Resource Group aims to be a network of staff of color who are interested in creating community, and advocating for equity and inclusion for staff of color at John Carroll University.
