Develop and pitch an idea to make the world a better place!
The Soper Prize is $1,000 for any JCU student/student team that pitches the most impactful and feasible idea around one of the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (as it relates to Northeast Ohio):
1. Good Health & Well-Being: Ensuring healthy lives and promoting the well-being for all at all ages.
2. Life Below Water: Conserve and sustainably use bodies of water and marine resources.
The Muldoon Center for Entrepreneurship will host a workshop to help students develop and refine ideas on October 24 from 3-6 p.m in the Burton D. Morgan Creativity and Entrepreneurship Classroom in Grasselli LI100.
Final submissions for the prize are due to dwinkel@jcu.edu by 5:30 p.m. on November 15, with selected finalists presenting their ideas in Jardine Room from 3-6 p.m. on November 28.
