Holiday Payroll and Accounts Payable Processing

Holiday Payroll Processing
With the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, please be aware of the following payroll processing deadlines for approved EPAF’s, stipend payments, employee expense reimbursements, and changes to tax withholding and other benefit deductions. These items should be submitted to the payroll office no later than the dates listed below to insure they will be included in the respective pays.

  • November 16 for items to be included in the November 23 Bi-Weekly Pay, and November 20 for the November 30 Monthly Pay
  • December 14 for items to be included in the December 21 Bi-Weekly Pay, and December 17 for the December 31 Monthly Pay

Holiday Accounts Payable Processing

With the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, please be aware of the following Accounts Payable processing deadlines for employee reimbursements and other check requests. These items should be submitted to Theresa Bakula in the Business Office no later than the dates listed below to insure they will be included in the respective check runs.

  • November 19 by 2 p.m. for processing Tuesday, November 20.
  • December 18 by 2 p.m. for processing Wednesday, December 19.
