Please join the Peer Health Advocates today, Tuesday, November 27, from 7-8 p.m. in the Jardine Room of the D.J. Lombardo Student Center for this great stress-relieving event. Leah Berdysz ’17 will be sharing the passion for healthy body image and holistic health that led her to start her own company, Empowered & Poised, after graduating from John Carroll. We will also discuss reasons behind the discrepancy in health outcomes among different socioeconomic statuses. After the 10- to 15-minute talk, Leah will lead a short fitness session featuring several workouts students can easily repeat within the comfort of their dorm rooms. Healthy snacks to take away will be provided. All are encouraged to attend!
