JCU Staff of Color are invited to attend a Staff of Color Employee Resource Group Potluck Lunch on Saturday, December 1, from noon-2 p.m. in the CSDI Lounge, located in the Student Center.
All staff of color are invited to attend this event to share food and build community. We will also take some time to talk about our experiences of the diversity trainings that happened this semester, and the recent Staff Council position statement.

The Staff of Color Employee Resource Group’s mission is to ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community for racially diverse staff at John Carroll University.
The Staff of Color Employee Resource Group envisions a university community that is inclusive and supportive of all people. To achieve this vision, the Staff of Color Employee Resource Group will gather and support people from minoritized racial identities. The Staff of Color Employee Resource Group will organically evolve to meet the needs of women and men of color in this community. This Employee Resource Group aims to be a network of staff of color who are interested in creating community, and advocating for equity and inclusion for staff of color at John Carroll University.
