Join us in O’Dea Conference Room on April 3 for a conversation with Craig Roach, author of “Simply Electrifying: The Technology That Transformed the World, from Benjamin Franklin to Elon Musk”.
Craig will explain how technological progress never comes out of the blue. Rather it is driven by a full range of factors: science and engineering, law and politics, economics and business strategy, and the catch-all term “culture” which is short-hand for what society allows us to do at any point in time. Given that, we must use a wide-angle lens to both understand the past and create the future of creative destruction.
