If inclement weather is predicted for Commencement weekend, one or both of the ceremonies may move indoors. If this is the case, the ceremonies will be ticketed due to limited seating capacity in the venues. Each graduate will be limited to three guest tickets. All ceremonies will then be streamed in venues across campus for other guests to view. Seating will not be limited if the ceremonies are outside on Hamlin Quad.
Between April 1 and April 26 log into http://jcucommencement.universitytickets.com with your JCU Banner ID and email address. Then select and confirm your number of tickets. If a guest requires a special accommodation for a hearing impairment or physical disability, graduates will be able to reserve special tickets. Any unclaimed tickets will then go into a lottery and be distributed to graduates who request extra tickets. Ticket lottery winners will be announced by May 8.
Only eligible graduates and those who have indicated they are participating in the 2019 Commencement ceremonies will be able to access tickets. Tickets are not transferable to other students. For questions about eligibility or the ticketing process, visit sites.jcu.edu/commencement or contact kmalone@jcu.edu.
