Mail Center Package Pick Up Procedure
Welcome everyone to the start of the new school year. The JCU Mail Center would like to inform you on the procedure of picking up your packages. First, please wait for an email from the JCU Mail Center so we can officially check in your items completely. This makes the process very smooth as compared to everyone showing up at the same time. Wait for the JCU Mail Center email before stopping down and please arrive by 4:45 p.m. Make sure to have your Carroll Card, Driver’s License or Photo ID in order to obtain your item.
