Staff Council is assessing current attitudes toward the work environment and identifying commonalities/differences among the Administrative Assistant roles on campus.
With the data collected, Staff Council aims to create pathways for new-hires to integrate fully into our JCU community and develop better methods of recognizing/supporting those currently in the positions.
