Wednesday’s Community Forum – Student Experience
Colleagues,
Please join us for a Community Forum on Strategic Planning on Wednesday, November 6 at 2 p.m. in Donahue Auditorium.
In this forum the Student Experience Team, led by Vice President for Student Affairs Mark McCarthy, will review their charge and progress made to date, and invite faculty and staff to provide input in emerging themes by participating in roundtable discussions about the team’s work. Those who cannot make the presentation will be able to review its contents and make recommendations online after the forum.
In preparation for this forum, you are encouraged to consider the following questions:
- What are the main drivers of students’ success, in addition to their academic programs, that support students’ engagement, develop their skills and talents, and prepare them for life beyond JCU?
- Where should we invest in these drivers to improve student yield, success and outcomes?
- Thank you for your participation. Your ideas and feedback are very important to the strategic planning process.
