The Counseling Center’s online appointment requests feature was down the past week, but it’s now fully ready to go!
To schedule an initial appointment with our office, go to jcu.edu/counselingcenter and click on the “online portal” on the main page. Or you can still call our front desk at 216-397-4283. We aim to schedule all initial appointments on the same day or next day!
As a reminder, our services remain 100% virtual for the fall semester.
