As John Carroll moves past the first weeks of fall classes our community continues to acclimate to our ever-changing situation. For the John Carroll Bookstore, this means adjusting to significant changes in our in-store customer traffic. In response to tracking the number and timing of in-store transactions, we will be reducing our in-person shopping hours. Beginning October 1, we will be open to the public Monday – Friday 11am – 4pm. We will continue to offer shipping and in-store pick-up of our full product assortment through our website, www.shopjcu.com , during this time.
Please note:
-Hours are subject to change if necessary and will be posted to www.shopjcu.com.
-ID card access remains in place for the Student Center. If arriving to campus without a student ID, you may contact us at 216.397.3064 to be let into the building during business hours.
-A reduced maximum occupancy of 20 people is in place. Face coverings are required while on campus, and all individuals are asked to social distance to the best of their ability.
-We will close in observation of Thanksgiving November 25-29.
-If store hours are to be extended during finals week, this will be announced in the beginning of December.
-For the safety of our staff, we strongly encourage those with rental books to mail their rentals back. Shipments must be post-marked no later than December 18 to avoid charges. Fall rentals will not be accepted in spring.
-We will be closed December 23-January 1.
-Spring term hours will be coordinated with campus decisions regarding on-campus learning.
