JCU Recreation is excited to announce that Group Fitness classes begin today, March 5! Join us at 4:00 PM for POUND Fitness (w/ Sam) or at 5:30 PM for Power Yoga (w/ Izabele). Weekly classes begin on Monday, March 8, and Zumba, POUND Fitness, Power Yoga, and Vinyasa Blend Yoga will be offered.
All classes take place in the IM Gym, and preregistration is required using the JCU Recreation reservation system (https://signup.com/group/677677176057). Please note that the schedule may vary each week based on the IM Gym and instructor availability.
Remember to Bring:
– Carroll Card
– Face covering – Must be worn at all times including during classes
– #CampusClear App
– Water bottle – Only bottle fillers are available
– Yoga mat – Very limited mats will be available, if needed
