DINING: Reusable To Go Box Program Now Available

REUSABLE TAKEOUT CONTAINER PROGRAM

We’re excited to reduce our impact on the environment around us, by transitioning from traditional disposable to-go packaging to a more sustainable reusable container program.

GETTING A CONTAINER:
Each Residential meal plan participant is eligible for one Green to Go reusable takeout container, which they can pick up from Schott Dining Hall by presenting their campus ID card.

*Please note – our Green to Go reusable container is the only way to take dining hall meals to-go.

FILLING IT UP:
Inside Schott Dining Hall, we will help you fill your container with the wonderful variety of food options from the various stations. When choosing to take your meal to go, you will have the option to take the necessary accompaniments such as napkins, utensils, etc. Feel free to bring a reusable water bottle or thermos for a drink to go. Make sure you close your container properly and then be on your way!

RETURN & REPLACE:
There’s no need to wash your container! Simply remove any large debris into a trash can and then return to Schott Dining Hall. When you return your container, you can choose to take away an Exchange Card for getting a clean container later or pick-up a clean container right
