Mandatory Password Change & a chance to win a Lenovo Bluetooth Speaker!

Are you ready to win a Lenovo 700 Ultraportable Bluetooth Speaker? All you have to do is visit https://password.jcu.edu and follow the steps to change your password. You will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes, and every week we’ll have a prize drawing.

The sooner you change your password, the better your chances to win the raffle. Drawings will be held weekly through the end of October and the winners will be notified via email.

Why are we changing our password?
It is important that we enhance our campus password requirements. Based upon current technical limitations and industry best practices, all new passwords must contain a minimum of 15 characters.

IMPORTANT: Do not change your password using CTRL+ALT+DEL on any JCU Windows machine. Make sure you log out and log back in to reflect your new password on any JCU machines. Yes, you need to change your password even your password contains 15 characters and more.

Your existing password will expire on Oct 31, 2021. If you have not reset your password by then you will not be able to access campus resources until you do. Please change your password as soon as possible.
