Do you run a committee or keep minutes for one?
Last year, the University adopted a Committee Records Policy (available at https://jcu.edu/university-committees/university-policies-and-data-retention-schedules#ucap). Shortly before the semester starts, Institutional Effectiveness is hosting a training session to talk about meetings and committee records. We’ll go over the policy itself and the accompanying recommendations document but also provide some guidance for successful, productive meetings. Please hold January 11 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. for now. Watch for more information and a sign-up link during exam week.
