JCU Auxiliary Services along with the Information Technology Department has been working over the last few months upgrading the JCU SpaceFinder system. This is used to reserve spaces for all events and activities on the JCU Campus. The new system has been turned on and is now live and can be accessed via the links that still exist on the JCU website. The link is redirected to the new site. You can now begin to add your requests to the system. Existing reservations for this semester have been transferred into the new system. They can be found be searching the system. This is only Phase 1 of this project.
We are now in Phase 2 and will be continuously improving the forms and workflow to make the system better and easy to use. We are already in day 1 finding improvements needed. Please contact Rory Hill rhill@jcu.edu if you have questions and suggestions to make the system more efficient.
