Meet the candidates for University Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The University is currently in the process of hiring our next Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and the search committee is requesting student input on our final candidates who will come to campus in March.

Students have TWO opportunities to meet our candidates while they are here: each candidate will have lunch with a group of students during their interview day, and will also give a presentation in an open session, to which all students, faculty and staff are invited.

Students (graduate and undergraduate) are invited to join one or more candidates for lunch by registering at this link: https://forms.gle/9GLevLgimd2ZG49k8. You are welcome and encouraged to attend as many of the four lunches as you are able.

If you would like to attend the candidates’ open sessions, they are planned for the following dates and times (they will also be live streamed):
– Candidate A – Monday, March 21, 3-4 p.m., LSC Conference Room
– Candidate B – Wednesday, March 23, 3-4 p.m., LSC Conference Room
– Candidate C – Tuesday, March 29, 3-4 p.m., Donahue Auditorium
– Candidate D – Thursday, March 31, 3-4 p.m., Donahue Auditorium

Detailed information about each candidate will be sent to the campus community the day before each candidate visits. Those who register to attend a lunch will receive additional details by email.
