Join Campus Ministry and JCU Recreation for YOGA & REFLECTION in the Summer!
Classes are on Wednesday at NOON. Join us for 50 minutes of Yoga followed by 10 minutes of group reflection to unpack what is filling your headspace. (The time split may vary from session to session depending on how many people join us)
It’s a perfect way to both exercise and grow spiritually with a faith community. During reflection we will share reflections from our weeks, practice gratitude, unpack our needs going into the weekend. Reflections will be discussion based and modeled off of the Examen of St. Ignatius.
