JCU Recreation is hosting Group Fitness Kickoff on Tuesday, August 30, from 5-7pm in the Fitness Studio and IM Gym! Come meet some of our instructors and try out 25-minute sample classes before the weekly schedule starts on Tuesday, September 6. All participants must check in with their Carroll Card at the Recreation Desk and sign a waiver. We hope to see you there!
