Register for ER405 (no prerequisites) this spring and get credit for running the JCU Food for Thought Food Buggy (https://www.jcufoodbuggy.com/). This is a student-run social enterprise that serves meals on and off campus during the day, and uses the profits to feed Cleveland’s homeless and hungry.
This experiential learning project is designed to provide a way to help students creatively leverage both the capacity to make a profit and make a difference by building and nourishing community with those in need.
