ITS Service Desk (37 SIH) will be closed on November 4th from 2 to 4 p.m. for a department-wide training. Our after-hours call center will still be taking phone calls via 216-397-3005 and are able to escalate issues if needed.
The Service Desk will re-open at 4 p.m. and resume regular business hours until 5 p.m.
