Join us on Monday, December 5th from 12pm-1:30pm in the O’Connell Reading Room in the Dolan Science Center for a Lunch & Learn featuring our keynote speaker Dr. Margaret Farrar. Dr. Farrar received her B.A. from the College of Wooster and her doctorate from Pennsylvania State University. She is an award-winning political scientist whose research focuses on questions about power, place, identity, and authority. She is currently working on a book-length project called Becoming Utopia: History, Heritage, and Sustainability in the American Midwest. At John Carroll, she teaches courses in political theory, gender politics, and in the Honors Program.
