Join us each Wednesday at Noon from 1/18 – 4/26 in the Fitness Room for an hour of YOGA with Rashida.
This class is vinyasa-based and is suitable for all levels. No pre-registration necessary
• Must have Carroll Card for ID
• Please check in at RecPlex desk to sign the group fitness waiver
• Limited yoga mats available
