The second of two live webinars in February is “Creating a Respectful Workplace”. The objectives of this session are to: 1) Develop an understanding of individual differences and how to thrive in a diverse organization; 2) Learn what makes a healthy work environment and how to handle challenging situations or behavior; 3) Discuss examples of unwelcome communication and behaviors then review what appropriate and respectful responses are.
