The first of two live webinars in June is called “Healthy Living: Navigate Life’s Transitions”. Life transitions in our personal and professional lives often occur unexpectedly around major events such as moving, marriage, death, and divorce. In this session, participants will learn how to prepare for change and manage our emotions. Join our interactive course where we will reflect on best practices and strategies to make transitions easier, as well as ask ourselves the self-reflection questions to stay motivated and inspired during challenging times.
