Saturday, 6/24 at 8 am, there will be a complete domestic water shutdown for the Recreation Complex, the DeCarlo Center, the IM Gym, the Natatorium, Pacelli, the LSC (including the dining hall & kitchen), and the Boiler House.
Water will NOT be available for drinking, cleaning, clothes washing, showering, cooking, or any other purpose in the Recreation Complex, the DeCarlo Center, the IM Gym, the Natatorium, Pacelli, the LSC, the Schott dining hall or kitchen, or the Boiler House during this shutdown.
The loss of water to the Boiler House will also mean that there will be no domestic hot water for Boler, St. Ignatius, BWing, Bernet, and O’Malley. Boler, St. Ignatius, BWing, Bernet, and O’Malley buildings will continue to have domestic cold water during this shutdown.
Water is expected to be restored Saturday afternoon, unless new problems arise during the shutdown.
This shutdown is necessary for the demolition of Millor Hall, further work to build the Athletic, Wellness & Event Center, and as a continuation of summer construction.
