Institutional Effectiveness is hosting a training session to talk about running meetings and keeping records of committee work. It is substantially the same material we’ve discussed in previous years, and so is targeted at new chairs or those new to taking minutes. If you want a refresher, you are still welcome!
We’ll go over the University’s Committee Records Policy and its accompanying recommendations document. We will also provide some guidance for successful, productive meetings.
The meeting will be held on September 18 from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm in OC 203. If you can’t join us in person but would like to attend via Zoom, that option will be available.
