W2’s will be mailed by January 19th for all employees (including student employees). If you had opted in for digital access via your employee dashboard, they will be ready to view by Jan 12th.
Faculty/Staff: 1095-C’s will be mailed prior to the deadline of 3/1/24. Per the IRS, it is not necessary to wait for your 1095-C to file a tax return for 2023, nor does this form need to be attached to your return. You will use the information on this form to verify that you, your spouse, and any dependents had coverage for each month during the year.
