The Spring 2024 group fitness class schedule has been updated. All classes take place in the RecPlex Fitness Studio and are free to current JCU Recreation members unless otherwise noted.

Mondays:
– 5pm: Zumba (w/ Monique)
Tuesdays:
– 12:30pm: Vinyasa Yoga (w/ Amy)
Wednesdays:
– 12pm: Functional Fitness & Yoga (presented by JCU Fit)
– 5pm: Zumba (w/ Monique)
Thursdays:
– No classes
Fridays:
– 5pm: Yin Yoga (w/ Monique)
Saturdays:
– 9am: Community Yoga (w/ Amy) – Per class fee required
