Looking for Students to Help with Reunion Weekend!

The Office of Alumni Relations is looking for energetic, hardworking, dedicated students who love JCU to work our annual Alumni Reunion Weekend.

Reunion Weekend, 2024 will be held the weekend of June 7th. All Student Crew members will be needed to start the morning of Friday, June 7th, through the end of operations Saturday night/Sunday morning, June 9th.

This is a fun and busy weekend. Reunion Weekend a great opportunity to network with Alumni, and enjoy one of John Carroll’s longest traditions! All meals are provided, and lodging is available if needed.

Duties include but are not limited to: set up and tear down for events and programs, golf cart shuttles, luggage delivery, decorating, moving needed items around campus, giving campus tours, and more.
There will be a short meeting before finals. (Friday, May 3rd in Rodman 348– you may attend at 10 a.m. or 3 p.m.) The event begins Friday, 6/7/24 at 8 a.m. and goes through the morning of Sunday, 6/9/24. A $425 stipend will be provided to those who assist at the weekend.
