We encourage you to apply for the next cohort of the Women-Identified Leadership Development (WILD) program! WILD is a one-year leadership development program for a small group (10-15) of women-identified faculty and staff. The core of the program consists of a series of workshops and discussions as well as some informal connection times. We interpret leadership broadly – you don’t have to want to be the boss to be a leader!
