Summer group fitness classes are here! Unless otherwise noted, all classes take place in the Intramural Gym and are free to current JCU Recreation members. Participants should check in at the Recreation Desk. The class schedule is listed below, but we encourage you to view the weekly calendar for real-time updates (https://shorturl.at/mrJU8). Mondays:
– 5-6pm: Zumba (w/ Monique); begins June 10
Tuesdays:
– 12-1pm: Yoga (w/ Amy); begins May 28
Wednesdays:
– 12-1pm: Functional Fitness & Yoga (JCU Fit); May 22 only
– 5-6pm: Zumba (w/ Monique); begins May 22
Thursdays:
– No classes
Fridays:
– 12-1pm: Yoga (w/ Monique); begins June 14
Saturdays:
– 9-10am Community Yoga (w/ Amy); begins June 1; per class fee is required
