The JCU Copy and Mail Center will have adjusted hours for summer until Monday August 5th. We are on campus Monday through Friday from 8 – 4 PM with adjusted open counter hours.
Hours of Operation
Doors open for counter services from 9:30 – 11:30 AM and 1:30 – 3:30 PM. Services include purchasing USPS stamps, mail meter processing, shipping of packages, and Copy Center transactions.
Office Delivery:
Deliveries to JCU offices and departments will occur in the afternoon if deliveries are needed.
Rodman Hall Service:
Daily afternoon delivery and pickup of JCU departmental mail, packages, interoffice envelopes, and outgoing USPS mail.
Package Notification and Delivery/Pick-Up Arrangements:
If a package is received for your department, the Mail Center will contact you to arrange delivery or pick-up.
Option to utilize Pack City boxes for summer mail service:
Mail received daily can be entered into parcel boxes in Saint Ignatius Hall for convenient pick-up. Contact the Mail Center to arrange this summer service.
USPS Mail Meter Update:
The Mail Center will be updating the existing Mail Meter with S.M.A.R.T. All-In-One Mailing and Shipping. We expect some disruptions in mail and package processing during this update and will work to minimize and communicate with the university.
