Introduction: Cleveland Clinic’s Summer Treatment Program

Dear JCU community,

We are excited to again partner with John Carroll University to host our 26th annual Cleveland Clinic Children’s Summer Treatment Program! The Summer Treatment Program is an evidence-based behavioral treatment program for children ages 6 through 14. Throughout the day, you may observe participants playing soccer, baseball, or basketball games in various green spaces or participating in academic and relationship-building activities in St. Ignatius Hall (2nd floor) or the O’Malley Center Commons. Of note, it is not an unusual occurrence for a participant to engage in challenging or escalated behavior. Our program staff is trained and certified to manage behavior in a safe, respectful and evidence-based manner under the supervision of our clinical team.

Please feel free to reach out to our STP team on our program cell phone (216-312-4432) with any questions or concerns throughout the summer. Please also feel free to introduce yourself to us if you see us around campus.

We’re grateful to the John Carroll community for hosting us once again this summer, and we look forward to seeing you on campus!
