Human Resources Policy for Review
The University intends to update our staff’s vacation leave benefit policy so that all full-time employees, both hourly and salaried, will earn vacation at the same accrual rate. This change will happen on January 1, 2025, the start of our benefit calendar year.
The HR Policy committee has revised the policy to reflect these changes and is posting the revision for 30 days to allow for community awareness, consideration, and comment. Please go to the HR website to review and comment.
