The Carroll Ballers program offers a distinctive service opportunity that merges the sport of basketball with a mentoring initiative for the residents of the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center (CCJDC). Through this program, participants engage in peer-to-peer mentoring, providing guidance and support to help the youth at CCJDC choose a constructive and positive path while in the Center and after their time in the facility. The spots are limited and this activity requires a weekly commitment. Participants must be accepted in to the program to participate.
