Group Fitness classes begin on Monday, January 13! All classes are free to current JCU Recreation members unless otherwise noted. We encourage you to view the weekly calendar for real-time updates (https://shorturl.at/mrJU8).
This semester, all classes will take place in the old Fitness Studio on the lower level of the RecPlex/DeCarlo Varsity Center, unless otherwise noted. For specific directions, stop by the Rec Desk or Corbo Fitness Center, or email recreation@jcu.edu.
Mondays:
– 5pm: Zumba with Monique | Begins 1/13
Tuesdays:
– 11:30am: Vinyasa Yoga with Amy | Begins 1/14
Wednesdays:
– 5pm: Zumba with Monique | Begins 1/15
Thursdays:
– 12pm: JCU Fit Yoga | Faculty/Staff | Begins 1/9
Fridays:
– 12pm: JCU Fit Tai Chi | Faculty/Staff | Begins 1/17
– 5pm: Yin Yoga with Monique | Begins 1/17
Saturdays:
– 9am: Community Yoga with Amy | Begins 1/18
