In this fast paced world it’s hard to keep a healthy life. We need to be intentional about assessing and maximizing the quality of our lives. There’s a phrase that says, “If your output exceeds your intake, your upkeep will be your downfall!” Participants will consider the elements of healthy living and explore major hindrances to a healthy lifestyle. We will assess where we are currently and formulate a plan to make meaningful change to enhance our lives. As we all know there are many “methods” to achieving a healthy lifestyle, but the “principles” for success will always remain the same. This is a simple summary of the 12 most important laws for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
