Lottery for Car Pool Spaces 2017 – 2018

JCU Parking is offering 10 reserved parking for employees who carpool. These parking spaces are marked with signs reading “Reserved Carpool Parking.”

The car pool spaces are located as follows:

• 3 in the Pacelli Lot
• 3 in the Boler Lot
• 2 on the Auxiliary Drive by the Library
• 2 on the Auxiliary Drive by O’Malley

The lottery will open Monday, July 24, at 9 a.m. and will close on Friday, August 4, at 5 p.m. Winners will be notified on Wednesday, August 9, and will be given a sticker for their parking permit signifying permission to park in the marked spaces.

The Car Pool permit is valid for one Academic Year (2017-2018). Each year there will be a lottery.

The process for the lottery will be as follows:

• Complete the attached form indicating car pool parking area desired.
• Make sure each participating car pooler submits their own form, indicating who will be participating together.
• Return completed form between Monday, July 24, and Friday, August 4.
