Google Forms

With Google Forms, you can quickly send out forms and easily view the responses in an automatically-created spreadsheet. This workshop will introduce you to the basics of Google Forms, as well as some more advanced tools to better personalize and customize your forms. You’ll be creating professional-looking forms in no time.

Audience: Faculty & Staff

Workshop Level: Beginner

At the end of this workshop you will be able to:
* Create a Basic Form – You’ll learn how to create a basic form, distribute it, and view the feedback.
* Customize/Organize Your Forms – You’ll learn how to add customized images and messages to your forms, as well as categorize questions under headers and pages.
* Skip Questions – You’ll learn how to create questions that can be skipped based on responses to earlier questions.
