Course Schedule Management

Happy New Year and Welcome to Spring Semester 2019 at JCU.

If you are a continuing student and need to manage your schedule, go to banner.jcu.edu. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click on Students. Choose Registration and Planning from the dropdown menu, then select Register for Classes, and act on the classes that require action.

If you are a second semester freshmen or incoming transfer student who needs to make a schedule change, you should first discuss any changes with your advisor. Change requests in the form of an APR (Academic Program Recommendation) signed by an advisor need to be submitted to Rodman 205/206 to make schedule changes.

Remember the following important deadlines:

Full Semester (1/14/19-5/10/19)

• Classes begin: Monday, January 14
• Course add/drop: Monday, January 14-Friday, January 18
• Last day to elect pass/fail option or change to audit: Friday, January 18

First Five Weeks (1/14/19-2/15/19)

• Classes begin: Monday, January 14
• Course add: Monday, January 14-Tuesday, January 15
• Course drop: Friday, January 18
• Last day to elect pass/fail option or change to audit: Friday, January 18

First Seven Weeks (1/14/19-3/1/19)

• Classes begin: Monday, January 14
• Course add: Monday, January 14-Tuesday, January 15
• Course drop: Friday, January 18
• Last day to elect pass/fail option or change to audit: Friday, January 18
