JCU’s Sisterhood of the Traveling Scarf
In celebrating the 50th anniversary of women as full-time students at John Carroll University, we are inviting women of the JCU community to share in a tradition of sharing stories and a scarf during International Women’s Month this March.
The tradition aims to connect women together across the JCU community: staff, students, faculty, friends, and alumnae.
Each participant will receive the traveling scarf from a previous wearer, wear the scarf for a day, and pass the scarf along to the next wearer through an in-person meeting. We will invite participants to share a small reflection on social media about their experience.
