JCU Recreation is excited to announce that the Fall 2019 Group Fitness schedule has been finalized!
Weekly classes begin on September 3 and end on December 6. Group Fitness is open to all current students, faculty/staff, and JCU Recreation members at no additional charge. Classes take place in the current Fitness Studio (lower level of the DeCarlo Varsity Center) but will be relocated to the brand new Fitness Studio when it opens in mid-to-late September. All participants are required to bring their Carroll Card to check into classes.

8:00 AM: Cycling (Maggie)
5:00 PM: Power Yoga (Izabele)
6:15 PM: Zumba (Monique)
Tuesday:
12:00 PM: Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Amy)
6:30 PM: Power Vinyasa Yoga (Izabele)
Wednesday:
6:15 PM: Zumba (Monique)
Thursday:
8:00 AM: Cycling (Maggie)
Friday:
4:00 PM: Cycling (Maggie)
6:15 PM: Zumba (Monique)
