Scheduled Maintenance: Data Storage Environment

Technical Details:

Information Technology Services will be performing upgrades to the data storage environment utilized by a number of campus services this Friday, November 22nd from 6:00 pm till Monday, November 25th at 6:00 am.

This migration will necessitate the shut down all services which rely on these databases.

This list includes:
* All Banner Services
* Adirondack Conduct Coordinator
* Adirondack Parking
* Heartland OneCard

We anticipate having the Heartland OneCard and both Adirondack services back online late Friday evening. Banner services will be restored following post-upgrade testing and evaluation throughout the remainder of the weekend.
