JCUFit 2020 Kickoff!
Please join us in the Jardine Room on Friday, January 17th anytime between 11:30 – 1. We will have fun activities and games to play, and some of our favorite presenters will be there to answer questions and talk about some of the seminars they will be participating in for 2020. There will be opportunities to sign up to the Wellness Portal, as well as take your confidential personal health assessment onsite.
Take a moment to relax with a shoulder and neck massage, or enjoy some delicious, healthy food. There will be great prizes like JCUFit ¼ zip shirts, a travel TRX system, happy lights, and much more.
