Earn 50 Wellness Points for participating in the April Water Challenge, April 9 – 30th
This 3-week challenge is designed to motivate you to drink water in place of other unhealthy beverages high in sugar and caffeine like soda, coffee and juice. Water helps your body in many ways like preventing fatigue, improving circulation, improving mental and kidney function, and keeping skin healthy.
For this challenge, the goal is to drink at least 6 cups of water per day (48 ounces per day) for 6 days a week. Complete the goal and earn 50 Wellness points! Log your water via the portal.
