Phase 1 of the new reservation system project has been completed and the new look JCU SpaceFinder is up and running and currently has 2670 space entries entered. The system is accurate with events up to July of this year. Summer camps and Fall 22′ existing reservations are still being entered.
As of the latest upgrade, all JCU Staff and Faculty can now access the system via an employee login tab on the web page. This will take you to the single sign on area of the system. You can search buildings and rooms by date in a list and calendar view. Use this area of the system to create your reservations under your new login. We are in the process of Phase 2 and looking forward to rolling out new workflows and room approvers along with other needed customizations during this phase.
