Cycling (w/ Sophie) has been added to the summer group fitness schedule and begins on Thursday, July 13! All classes take place in the RecPlex Fitness Studio and are free to current JCU Recreation members. Mondays:
– 8:30-9:30am: Power Yoga (w/ Shannon)
– 5-6pm: Zumba (w/ Monique) – resumes August 7
Tuesdays:
– 5-6pm: Power Yoga (w/ Shannon)
Wednesdays:
– 5-6pm: Zumba (w/ Monique) – resumes August 9
Thursdays:
– 12-1pm: Yoga & Reflection (w/ Liz)
