Oct 12: Functional Strength & Yoga
12-1pm in the Fitness Room (no yoga with Rashida this day)
Led by Leslie Beck – ACE CPT and Melanie Moss, E-RYT200
All levels class using body weight for strength training and yoga to lengthen and stretch.
Yoga mats will be available but feel free to bring one if you have one.
Shoes are optional.
